Yes, completely. Premium is an optional one time upgrade that adds some cosmetic treats, but rating and being rated will always be free.

We use a weighted Bayesian average, which is a fancy way of saying a single five star review will not outrank fifty great ones. More reviews means your average counts for more.

Every review passes through our moderation pipeline, each pair of people gets one review between them, and anti-abuse systems watch for anything fishy. Honest and warm, or it does not get published.
